
Divico is a cross between Gamaret and Bronner. Thanks to its natural resistance to various vine diseases (mildew, powdery mildew and grey rot), Divico immediately found its place in our cellar.
It fits perfectly with our approach and way of working, as it does not require any phytosanitary treatment.
We strongly recommend decanting Divico 1 to 2 hours before drinking. Proceeding so will emphasize blueberry and blackberry aromas and help make the tannins smoother.
